The developer grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use the app. Masarif is an expense tracking tool and does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Masarif Pro is a one-time purchase governed by the applicable app store terms. Because data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for keeping backups.

By downloading, installing, or using Masarif on iOS or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the application and delete it immediately from your device.
The developer grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use Masarif on your personal compatible devices strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, software code, user interface designs, and brand elements remain the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Masarif is an informational expense tracking and budgeting tool designed solely for personal record-keeping.
The application does not provide, and its calculations or features must not be construed as, financial, accounting, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all calculations and entries, managing your finances, and consulting qualified professionals when necessary.
The "Masarif Pro" upgrade is offered as a single one-time purchase unlocking listed premium features, including cloud synchronization via personal iCloud or Google Drive, receipt scanning, and widgets.
All purchase transactions are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are governed by the rules and policies of the respective store platform. The developer does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
Application features and functionality may evolve, improve, or be updated over time to support new operating systems and features.
Because Masarif operates without centralized servers and stores your financial records locally on your device (and in your personal cloud accounts if sync is enabled), you are solely responsible for creating regular backups of your data and exporting copies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any loss, corruption, erasure, or inability to recover data resulting from device malfunction, device replacement, application uninstallation, or cloud synchronization errors.
You agree to use Masarif only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:
Masarif and all related services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, calculation error-free status, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the application, regardless of the theory of liability.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting and ceasing all use of the application.
The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the app or discontinue providing updates if you breach any provision of these Terms.
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Libya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The competent courts of Libya shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the application.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the application following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Effective date: 29 October 2026.
